About the position

The Ninja Class Instructor role at Black Diamond Sports Center involves leading dynamic classes focused on martial arts, agility, parkour, and self-defense for students of all ages. The instructor will create engaging lesson plans, provide personalized feedback, and foster a positive learning environment while ensuring safety during training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ninja Classes for students of all ages, teaching essential ninja skills.
• Create engaging lessons with drills, games, and techniques to motivate students.
• Provide guidance and personalized feedback to help students improve their skills.
• Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages students to achieve their goals.
• Ensure safety by monitoring students' form and techniques to prevent injuries.

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Experience in Martial Arts, Parkour, or Ninja Training is a plus.
• Teaching experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills to connect with students of all ages.
• Passion for fitness and helping others succeed.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience teaching or coaching is preferred.
