About the position
Epic Gymnastics & Dance is seeking part-time Ninja Coaches to work with students following the NinjaZone curriculum. The role involves teaching and coaching in a gym environment, focusing on developing skills in a fun and engaging manner. The ideal candidates should be dependable, teachable, and eager to grow with the company.
Responsibilities
- Teach and coach students in NinjaZone curriculum.
- Ensure a safe and engaging environment for all participants.
- Assist in setting up and taking down equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and expectations.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Experience working with kids (1 year preferred).
- Valid CPR Certification.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous coaching or teaching experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
