About the position
Epic Gymnastics & Dance is seeking part-time Ninja Coaches to join our team. The role involves coaching students using the NinjaZone curriculum, which includes various gym features such as a Ninja cage and warp wall. We are looking for dependable individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company, with a focus on teaching and engaging with children.
Responsibilities
- Coach students in NinjaZone curriculum activities.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Assist in maintaining gym equipment and facilities.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and expectations.
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
Requirements
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Under 1 year of experience in sports coaching or related field
- Ability to work with children effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience working with kids (1 year preferred)
- Experience in teaching or coaching gymnastics or dance.
