About the position

The Ninja Zone Coach position at Impact Gymnastics Academy involves coaching children in a dynamic and engaging environment. The role is focused on fostering a love for movement and physical activity through the Ninjazone program, which combines elements of gymnastics, karate, and parkour. Coaches are expected to work primarily during the evening and morning hours, aligning with the academy's peak business times.

Responsibilities

• Coach children in the Ninjazone program, ensuring a fun and safe environment.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical fitness and skill development.
• Encourage and motivate students to achieve their personal best in gymnastics and related activities.
• Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere during coaching sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.

Requirements

• Must be responsible and dependable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and mornings.
• Experience in gymnastics, karate, or parkour is preferred but not necessary.
• Must have a positive attitude and a love for working with children.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous coaching experience in gymnastics or related fields.
• Certifications in first aid or CPR.
