The Warehouse Quality Control (QC) position at B&H is a critical role within the fulfillment center, designed to ensure that all quality control standards are met and optimized across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality control processes, adhering to company standards, and providing support to specific departments. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication with internal customers to ensure that content delivery aligns with the current needs of the business. The Quality Control associate will conduct regular audits, log findings for documentation, and communicate with management regarding employee progress and error reports, offering recommendations for next steps. The position is structured around a first shift schedule, running from Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday, 9 AM to 2:30 PM. In this role, the QC associate will build partnerships with internal customers, ensuring that all quality control standards are adhered to and optimized for each area of the fulfillment center. The associate will also be responsible for answering any questions or concerns from departments regarding items going to customers, thereby ensuring a smooth operational flow. The position may also involve additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager, emphasizing the need for flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
