Nobel Biocare Digital Sales Manager (Tampa, FL)

About the position

The Digital Sales Manager (DSM) at Nobel Biocare is responsible for representing the company's digital hardware, consumables, and software offerings to end-customers. This role focuses on driving unit purchases of various digital dentistry products, including the Dexis IOS solution and SprintRay 3D Printing Suite. The DSM will leverage their understanding of digital workflows to exceed sales goals through solution selling and to enhance customer engagement post-purchase.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas within assigned region
• Assess and manage sales funnel to drive quota achievement and planning accuracy
• Partner with local Nobel sales teams to identify new/existing customer opportunities
• Build and lead personalized, customer presentations on Nobel's digital workflow
• Develop and implement a multi-quarter sales plan that is aligned with territory and region goals
• Assess and communicate regional sales trends
• Become a technical expert in the workflows associated with Dexis Intra Oral scanners and SprintRay 3D Printers
• Frequent travel including some nights/weekends for contact with existing and potential customers
• Work trade shows / customer marketing & education events
• Regularly review data in CRM and other tools to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar preferred
• 3+ years of sales experience within Envista or equivalent dental/medical company, or 5 years of B2B sales experience
• Ability to drive a car is an essential function of the position offered
