Responsibilities

• Engage in meaningful communication with residents and colleagues.
• Manage varied tasks including personal care, medication administration, housekeeping, meal prep, and maintaining nightly routines.
• Address the comprehensive needs—physical, emotional, spiritual—of residents.
• Uphold a clean, inviting living space.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (Preferred).
• WI CBRF Certifications (Standard Precautions and Med Passer Required).
• Comfort and confidence in passing meds accurately and on time.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional additional hours before or after NOC shift, if needed.
• Reliable transportation to Mount Horeb, WI 53572.
