About The Position
The NOC Shift Charge Nurse oversees and supports C.N.A.s to ensure the timely delivery of quality care to patients. This includes interpreting and clarifying medical instructions from physicians or the Director of Nursing (DON), charting and reporting on any changes in conditions, passing medications, and delivering other treatment regimens required in accordance with all regulations and policies governing nursing and patient care.
