About the position

The NodeJS/Python Developer position is focused on developing and deploying applications using modern cloud-native practices. The role requires strong expertise in OpenShift or Kubernetes, along with a solid understanding of microservices and RESTful APIs. The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating applications to Kubernetes-based platforms and ensuring efficient CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy applications in Node.js, Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Migrate applications from PCF/TAS/TKGI to OpenShift or other Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Tekton, or Harness.
• Ensure effective pod communication within OpenShift environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and related tools.

Nice-to-haves

• OpenShift or Kubernetes certification (e.g., CKAD or CKA) is preferred.
