About the position

The Node.js Lead Developer position at Infosys is focused on providing solutions for the Parts Portal systems and processes according to customer requirements. The role involves leading a team in requirements elicitation, creating application architecture documents, and ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). The selected candidate will interface with internal teams and stakeholders, support deployment activities, and resolve issues to maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation for Parts Portal systems.
• Create Application Architecture Document (AAD).
• Develop design artifacts and review team deliverables.
• Deliver high-quality code and support deployment activities.
• Assist in post-deployment and transition activities.
• Interface with internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve issues to ensure quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading an application development team of 6-8 members.
• Strong experience in Node.js and Angular (4+ years).
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch and DynamoDB.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile or rapid application development methods.
