About the position
Forward Local LTL is actively seeking qualified Non-CDL Company Drivers to run local pick-up and delivery routes in and around the Harrisburg, PA area. This position involves the responsibility of ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our customer's freight within local markets. As a Company Driver, you will be expected to adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing your duties. The role may require some loading and unloading of freight, depending on the specific location and delivery requirements. The ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.50, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid holidays and vacations. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 8 AM, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. Performance bonuses are also available as an incentive for outstanding work.
Responsibilities
- Run local pick-up and delivery routes in and around Harrisburg, PA.

Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years of age.
- Previous driving experience of 12 months in the past 3 years.
