About the position

As a Driver at SRS Distribution, you will play a crucial role in the distribution of roofing products, ensuring safe and efficient delivery. This position involves physical labor, including loading and unloading heavy bundles of shingles, and requires a commitment to safety and teamwork. Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to unload products safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload bundles of shingles weighing between 80lbs to 100lbs continuously.
• Complete and return necessary paperwork after deliveries.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Embrace a positive work culture focused on teamwork and safety.

Requirements

• Must have a non-CDL Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No more than 2 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years.
• No license suspensions in the last 5 years for driving-related reasons.
• No DUI or DWI on record in the last 3 years.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with conveyor belts, knuckle boom, forklift, and Moffett operations.
