About The Position

Pape' Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Pick-Up & Delivery Driver for their Agriculture & Turf Division in McMinnville. This role involves safely transporting equipment, providing customer service, and ensuring proper loading and documentation. Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Experience with tie-down equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting.
• Ability to operate a forklift (training available).

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and deliver equipment such as small tractors, Side by Sides, and riding lawn mowers in McMinnville and surrounding areas.
• Load equipment on the truck ensuring it is loaded properly and safely.
• Perform on-site product demonstrations.
• Instruct customers on the safe operation of equipment.
• Prepare all required documentation accurately and timely.
