About the position

The Non-IT Project Manager will support the Payment Services Chief Risk Office in implementing risk oversight programs and managing operational risks post-Merger & Acquisition integration. This role involves executing project plans, maintaining documentation, and communicating risks effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute framework for due diligence and integration efforts
• Drive timely implementation of Integration Project Plans with emphasis on Policy and regulatory program integration
• Proactively communicate potential or confirmed risks with fact-based support
• Maintain project documentation, updating regularly to include lessons learned
• Provide ongoing communication to management and stakeholder groups

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across a broad audience of varying levels
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines
