About the position

The Non-IT Project Manager role at Rose International involves overseeing project management activities related to risk oversight programs, particularly in the context of post-Merger & Acquisition integration. This hybrid position requires the candidate to work three days in the office and two days remotely, focusing on compliance and regulatory reporting within the banking and financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Execute framework for due diligence and integration efforts
• Drive timely implementation of Integration Project Plans with emphasis on Policy and regulatory program integration
• Proactively communicate potential or confirmed risks with fact-based support
• Maintain project documentation, updating regularly to include lessons learned
• Provide ongoing communication to management and stakeholder groups

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across a broad audience of varying levels
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines
