About the position

The Non-IT Project Manager position at Randstad US involves leading and supporting operational, regulatory, and risk strategies to ensure compliance for a client globally. This temporary role focuses on post-Merger & Acquisition integration activities and requires effective communication and project management skills to mitigate operational risks and implement risk oversight programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute framework for due diligence and integration efforts
• Drive timely implementation of Integration Project Plans with emphasis on Policy and regulatory program integration
• Proactively communicate potential or confirmed risks with fact-based support
• Maintain project documentation, updating regularly to include lessons learned
• Provide ongoing communication to management and stakeholder groups
• Participate in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects
• Interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs
• Participate in training users and evaluating the project
• Manage performance of the project team and evaluate overall team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience in project management
• Experience level: Experienced
