About the position

The Non-IT Project Manager will support the Payment Services Chief Risk Office in implementing risk oversight programs for third-party partners. This role focuses on ensuring compliance and mitigating operational risks during Merger & Acquisition integration activities. The position is hybrid, allowing work from Knoxville, TN, Atlanta, GA, Minneapolis, MN, or Charlotte, NC, and is expected to last for over 12 months on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Execute framework for due diligence and integration efforts
• Proactively drive timely implementation of Integration Project Plans with emphasis on Third Party due diligence and onboarding
• Maintain project documentation, updating regularly to include lessons learned
• Provide ongoing communication to management and stakeholder groups

Requirements

• Third Party Risk Management experience
• Proficient in Archer (eGRC)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
