About The Position
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) role at UPS is an entry-level sales position focused on retaining and growing the Small Package business. The position involves conducting sales calls, addressing customer needs, and selling additional products and services. The ISR will build relationships with key decision-makers, research the competitive environment, and generate solutions that align with customer objectives. This role requires successful completion of the UPS Sales Academy and is initially remote, with a transition to an Account Executive role expected within 12 months.
