About the position
The Nordic Management Trainee Program at L'Oréal is an 18-month internship designed for recent graduates to gain comprehensive exposure to various business functions within the company. Responsibilities
- Participate in two 9-month rotations across different business functions.

Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Sales, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language.
- Strong interest in business and results-driven mindset.
- Eagerness to bring new ideas and take responsibility.
- Ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to relocate within the Nordics.
