About the position

As a Noregon Sales Professional you will be responsible for prospecting, cold-calling and qualifying sales leads in your territory. You will need to travel to prospective customer sites to deliver sales presentations, provide demonstrations, build relationships, create a pipeline of activity and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your territory by developing new business sales and prospects, keeping an active schedule sufficient to grow revenue.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager on territory management and account.
  • Develop and implement an aggressive prospecting plan to uncover sales.
  • Generate leads through self-conducted research and networking, actively making cold calls and setting appointments looking for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct 5+ demos per week showcasing how Noregon technology will improve their business and reduce repair times.
  • Train customers to ensure renewal of software.
  • Utilize a CRM to record, maintain & report customer.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years outside sales experience.
  • Associate degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the diagnostic tool industry a plus.
  • Cold calling and prospecting: good business acumen including sales quota achievement and closing.
