About the position

The North America B2B Web Marketing Manager at Lenovo is responsible for overseeing and managing the commercial web strategy and presence in North America. This role focuses on ensuring seamless functionality and optimal user experience while aligning web initiatives with business goals. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in web management and analytics to drive results and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of web strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure the successful delivery of web projects.
  • Collaborate with internal web development and e-commerce teams to influence the design, content, and functionality of web pages.
  • Leverage experience with Adobe Analytics and CMS platforms to guide and oversee content updates and feature implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to gather requirements and prioritize tasks.
  • Measure and apply analytics to identify opportunities to innovate and drive results.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of marketing investments in website-related initiatives.
  • Track, report, and present analysis of site metrics and identify trends to increase business according to prioritized KPIs.
  • Use analytics to drive optimal user experience, site traffic, and lead conversion.
  • Guide internal teams and agencies on web tools, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Ensure all web projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web management.
  • Familiarity and experience with CMS platforms such as Flash, Drupal, AEM Sites.
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics to build dashboards and provide insights on webpage performance.
  • Proven experience in leading web strategy and execution and managing agency relationships.
  • Strong collaboration and consensus-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work strategically and align web initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience in delivering insights to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Marketo Engage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
