About the position

The North America Financial Analyst position at Lenovo involves managing financial analytics and reporting to support decision-making processes within the organization. The role focuses on monthly closing assessments, collaboration on transformational projects, and ownership of various financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes to drive efficiencies and provide insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monthly closing tracking and assessments with presentation to senior leaders
• Analytics related to weekly/monthly/quarterly financial results
• Transformational projects driving efficiencies in overall processes and procedures
• Collaboration with and support of other areas of CFO team regarding transformational projects, data analytics and one-off issues
• Ownership of various FP&A processes which support the business/operations teams with a focus on providing reporting and analysis that can be used in decision making

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required in accounting or finance
• 4-5+ years relevant experience in finance & planning field

Nice-to-haves

• Strong analytical background who can work independently, think outside the box and support a business team with timely data and analytics
• Experience with analytical tools and creating financial dashboards is a plus
