About the position

The North America Product Marketing Manager for SMB Advertising at TikTok is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy for advertising solutions tailored to small and medium-sized businesses. This role involves collaboration with various teams to drive product adoption and enhance operational efficiency in a high-growth environment. The manager will act as the voice of the market, synthesizing insights to influence product development and ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define the SMB North America go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ads products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of the strategy.
  • Utilize data to understand performance pain points and formulate solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the market with product teams to identify solutions.
  • Analyze product gaps and recommend enhancements.
  • Adapt regional product initiatives for SMB clients.
  • Manage growth and product launches to drive adoption.
  • Build processes and tools to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or above with 3-5+ years' experience in the AdTech industry with product marketing responsibilities.
  • Understanding of commerce-related business models focused on small- and medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience working with product teams and influencing product roadmaps.
  • Experience in the ad tech or internet industry, with commerce experience being a plus.
  • Experience driving end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for advertising products.
