About the position

Eptura is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join their sales team. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth by targeting and acquiring new clients in the region. The Enterprise AE will engage in prospecting, market research, and territory planning to expand Eptura's client base by offering innovative workplace and asset solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals by positioning Eptura as a leader in workspace solutions.
  • Identify prospects, build a pipeline, and conduct consultative meetings to assess client needs.
  • Identify growth opportunities in existing territory relationships and drive new growth through planning.
  • Build relationships and sell to multiple levels of decision-makers.
  • Follow MEDDPICC sales methodology to achieve sales success.
  • Communicate accurate pipeline and forecast to senior leadership.
  • Maintain Salesforce records accurately.
  • Stay updated with Eptura product updates, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Team, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of software sales experience, preferably in SaaS/Application.
  • Experience managing and closing enterprise-level sales using solution and value selling techniques.
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite.
  • Strong negotiation skills and high-level communication abilities.
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with customers.
  • High attention to detail and strategic mindset.
  • Strong desire to win and succeed.
