About the position

The Northeast Regional Sales Manager for SLED at Intel is responsible for driving revenue growth within the State, Local, and Education sectors across the Northeastern U.S. This fully remote role requires the candidate to be located in the Northeastern part of the U.S. to facilitate customer visits and team meetings. The manager will develop strategic sales plans, build relationships with public sector clients, and advocate for Intel's semiconductor solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Gather customer and partner feedback to understand satisfaction drivers and establish recovery action plans.
  • Influence and advocate for Intel products and solutions through a solutions-led approach to SLED customers.
  • Work with Intel resources and partner sales teams to drive Intel-based product purchases in the SLED market.
  • Drive strategies for winning Digital Transformation initiatives for SLED customers.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and collaborate with teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed demand generation targets and forecasting goals for assigned responsibilities.
  • Create a diverse, inclusive team-oriented environment and build a results-driven culture.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills in a selling environment.
  • Coach others on the use of sales frameworks and manage a growth-focused indirect team.
  • Lead through significant growth and change within a high technology company.
  • Develop sales talent and maintain accountability for achieving targets.
  • Design and execute strategic business plans to generate results while maintaining a long-term perspective.
  • Own the pipeline generation strategy and maintain market intelligence.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Public Sector (preferably SLED) sales experience.
  • Resident in the Northeastern part of the United States.
  • 6+ years of experience leading SLED sales teams in technology, IT, OT, or networking equipment industries.

Nice-to-haves

  • 6+ years of experience analyzing data to maximize sales growth opportunities.
  • Experience accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
