The Regional Sales Manager role at Inpro is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to join a dynamic and rapidly growing sales department. The primary focus will be on selling the Commercial Roller Shade product line, which requires a solid understanding of the construction and bidding processes. Building and maintaining strong relationships with architecture and design firms is crucial, as this role involves significant interaction with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end users. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a focused strategic sales plan aimed at increasing business opportunities and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Effective territory planning will be essential to manage time productively and ensure a balanced approach to sales efforts across various customer segments. The role will require approximately 50% overnight travel within the Northeast region, covering states such as Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Delaware, New Jersey, Vermont, and Washington D.C. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is organized and recognizes the importance of interpersonal relationships. They should possess a passion for selling high-quality products and be energized by working for a world-class manufacturer. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with excellent presentation and computer skills. Prior experience in outside sales, particularly in the construction or building products sector, is highly desirable.
