About the position

The Northeast Territory Sales Manager at Famous Supply is responsible for driving sales of plumbing and HVAC products within the assigned territory, which includes Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. This role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, developing new prospects, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to promote products and conduct training. The position requires strong communication skills and a focus on customer service to foster long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain regular contact with plumbing and HVAC contractors within assigned territory.
• Introduce/promote Stream33 plumbing products to plumbing contractors.
• Introduce/promote Breeze33 HVAC products to HVAC contractors.
• Work in conjunction with the Famous National Builder sales and marketing teams as needed.
• Conduct product training as needed.
• Analyze and evaluate territory regarding sales trends, market pricing and market specific product needs.
• Actively participate in customer specific demand and inventory planning.
• Conduct on-site inspections as required regarding customer complaints about quality, installation, or performance.
• Engage regularly with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and promote opportunities for repeat business.
• Any other tasks assigned by VP, National Trades.

Requirements

• Requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience and comfort in making cold calls.
• Strong skillset relating to relationship building, listening, follow-up and time management.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and/or HVAC fields.
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
