About the position

The Northwestern Territory Sales Manager for SLED is a remote position responsible for driving revenue growth within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sectors. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building relationships with public sector clients, and advocating for Intel's semiconductor solutions. The manager will work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities, while also leading initiatives for digital transformation in the SLED market.

Responsibilities

  • Gather customer and partner feedback to understand satisfaction drivers.
  • Determine root causes for issues and establish recovery action plans.
  • Contribute to joint marketing activities with enterprise customers.
  • Influence and advocate for Intel products and solutions in the SLED market.
  • Drive Intel-based product purchases through partnerships and sales teams.
  • Develop strategies for winning Digital Transformation initiatives for SLED customers.
  • Own executive briefings and sponsorships for SLED accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities through account planning.
  • Meet and exceed demand generation targets and forecasting goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Public Sector sales, preferably in SLED.
  • Experience leading SLED sales teams in technology or networking industries.
  • Strong understanding of technology landscape and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience managing indirect sales teams and building customer relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or STEM fields.
  • Experience analyzing data to create new sales growth opportunities.
  • Proven track record of accurately forecasting sales targets.
