Responsibilities

  • Join office meetings to reinforce standard operating procedures and set goals.
  • Celebrate Team Members' achievements and practice presentations.
  • Assist customers in evaluating their service plans and redirect them to the tech area.
  • Understand customers' wants, needs, and budget through exceptional listening skills.
  • Present and guide customers through the Wireless device inventory and service options.
  • Close sales by determining the best course of action for customers and processing transactions through the POS device.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in retail or sales environments.
  • Familiarity with wireless technology and service plans.
