Keoni Island Food is seeking experienced line cooks for all shifts at our quick service restaurant located in the City of Orange. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist in the training of new kitchen staff as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle food items and equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience cooking on the line in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knife skills and kitchen knowledge.
• Ability to lift at least 40-50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Open availability for all shifts, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and good work ethic.
