About the position
Kelly Services is currently seeking experienced forklift operators to join our team at a large 3PL facility located in Chino, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic work environment. The positions are temp-to-hire, meaning that after a successful period of employment, there is potential for permanent placement. We are looking for candidates who have at least two years of recent experience operating specific types of forklifts, including Standup Reach and Electric Pallet Jack. This experience is crucial for ensuring safety and efficiency in our operations. The available schedules for this role are Monday through Friday, with shifts running from 4 PM to 12:30 AM. The pay rates vary depending on the equipment operated, with Electric Pallet Jack operators earning $21.50 per hour and Standup Reach operators earning $25.00 per hour. Candidates must be willing to work overtime as needed, which is a common requirement in our fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
- Ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience operating forklifts, specifically Standup Reach and Electric Pallet Jack.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
