About the position

The General Manager at Motel 6 Everett is responsible for leading the team and ensuring excellent service and product quality for guests. This role requires a results-oriented individual who treats the business as their own while benefiting from the support of a well-known brand. The General Manager will focus on team development, customer satisfaction, and driving sales through effective management and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, select, and develop strong team members.
• Drive sales through effective marketing and community outreach.
• Manage full P&L accountability and facilities management.
• Build relationships with field and corporate leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of stable management experience in Hotel, Motel, or Restaurant Management.
• Exceptional skills in customer satisfaction.
• Experience with full P&L management and accountability.
• Computer proficiency, including Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
