About the position

Labor Finders Sacramento is seeking reliable and friendly individuals for various general labor roles, including Shopping Cart Attendants, Stock Clerks, Dishwashers, Bussers, and Unarmed Security Officers. The positions focus on maintaining cleanliness, assisting customers, and ensuring safety in a grocery store environment. Employees will perform tasks that contribute to a positive shopping experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform site cleanup, digging, landscaping, and light construction as a General Laborer.
• Assist with unloading trucks and moving goods into storage or onto the sales floor.
• Sweep floors, mop spills, and ensure aisles and common areas are tidy.
• Empty trash bins and sort recyclables to maintain cleanliness.
• Help arrange promotional displays or seasonal decorations.
• Keep shopping carts organized and assist customers with their carts in the parking lot.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to designated areas.
• Ensure carts are clean and free of debris before use.
• Monitor the lot for any suspicious activity and report it to security or management.
• Assist with stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness as a Stock Clerk.
• Unload shipments and organize items in the stockroom.
• Perform inventory counts and report shortages or overstock.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize plates, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment as a Dishwasher.
• Quickly clear tables of dishes and trash as a Busser.
• Monitor premises and ensure safety as an Unarmed Security Officer.

Requirements

• Dependable and possess a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid ID/Employment Authorization to prove eligibility to work in the U.S.
