About the position
Chelsea's Home Healthcare is seeking a reliable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult female patient with a G-tube in the comfort of her home. This full-time position involves monitoring the patient's status, maintaining activities of daily living (ADL), administering medication, and providing feeding and breathing treatments under the supervision of an RN Case Manager. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and paid training and orientation will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care for an adult female patient with a G-tube.
- Monitor patient's status and maintain activities of daily living (ADL).
- Administer medication and provide feeding via pump.
- Conduct breathing treatments as required.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Current Physical examination.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS certification.
