About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Montgomery, TX, on a part-time basis. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the health and safety of our students by addressing their medical needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a school setting and be comfortable with specific medical procedures such as g-tubes and tracheostomy care.

Responsibilities

• Support the medical needs of students in a school environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess students' health conditions.
• Provide emergency care when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding health issues.

Requirements

• Current RN license is required.
• Minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience is required.
• Experience with g-tubes and trach care is preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
