Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for various clinical positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively match candidates with job opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with locum tenens or travel nursing placements.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
