Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a family medicine setting.
- Perform procedures such as simple skin surgeries, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, and IUD placements.

Requirements
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of Indiana or has Indiana application in process.
- Board Certified or board eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.
