About The Position

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider in Idaho.

• Familiarity with preventive care practices and immunization protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care and treatment for acute and chronic health issues.
• Manage patient care in a medical home model, coordinating with personal physicians.
• Conduct physicals for school and sports, and operate an anticoagulation clinic.
• Offer free vaccines for children under age 19 through the Idaho Immunization Program.
• Participate in professional development and continuing education.
