As an NPI Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in the integration of new products from complex gas and liquid delivery systems to full turn-key process modules. You will interact directly with customers to manage product development, transition, and integration, serving as the focal point of communication and coordination for all internal and external customers. Your role will also involve evaluating new business opportunities with regard to site selection, initial quoting, and preliminary customer discussions, while maintaining project status, timeline, and budget. This position requires strong communication and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have experience in the manufacturing environment and the ability to work in a team to ensure customer satisfaction. Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills are crucial, along with computer literacy, particularly proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Project. Travel to customer sites may be required for meetings and training, with an expected travel rate of about 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Provide focal point of communication and coordination for all internal and external customers.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities with regard to site selection, initial quoting, and preliminary customer discussions.
  • Maintain project status, timeline, and budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
  • MBA desired.
  • 3+ years Program/Project Management experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry highly desired.
  • Strong track record in managing successful long-term projects at the Program/Project Manager level.
  • Contract manufacturing experience preferred.
