About the position

The NPI Team is seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting programs that deliver products to internal users for testing and feedback. The ultimate goal of this position is to gather valuable user insights that will drive innovations aimed at enhancing the Client customer experience. This role will involve collaboration with various teams, leading project initiatives, and tracking progress in support of the Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and logistics coordination, with a focus on ensuring that all necessary deliverables are met in a timely manner. In this position, the Operations & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for leading project team meetings, ensuring that all cross-functional team members complete their assigned tasks. The coordinator will also manage the assembly of product kits, oversee shipping activities, and track the status of all kits. Additionally, the role requires planning, creating, and managing reviews and approvals of materials that accompany the kits, such as user guides. Effective communication is crucial, as the coordinator will develop and deliver all communications throughout the program lifecycle. The coordinator will also create and manage online forms to track feedback, customer visits, and other program activities, ensuring that data is accurately entered and reported to the worldwide Category team. Inventory management and shipment tracking of product kits will also fall under the coordinator's responsibilities, along with collaborating with product teams to gather and relay insights and feedback from the field. This position is essential for driving the success of the NPI initiatives and improving the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project team meetings and drive completion of all necessary deliverables from cross-functional team members.
  • Coordinate and manage the assembly of product kits.
  • Coordinate the shipping activity and tracking for all kits.
  • Plan, create, and manage reviews and approvals of materials needed to ship with kits, including user guides.
  • Develop and deliver all communications over the course of the program lifecycle.
  • Create and manage all online forms needed to track feedback, customer visits and other program activities.
  • Track weekly data that is entered into the form and report results to the worldwide Category team.
  • Track the inventory and shipment of product kits.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather and communicate insights and feedback from the field.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of project management experience
  • Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
  • Smartsheets experience is a plus
  • Excellent written/oral communications
  • Ability to manage and influence virtual teams
