About the position

As the NPI Sr. Technical Project Manager for Remanufacturing at Lucid Motors, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of luxury electric vehicles. This position requires a deep understanding of the remanufacturing process and the ability to coordinate effectively with various cross-functional teams, including New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing, Production Control, Logistics, and Material Planning. Your primary responsibility will be to define and sustain a robust remanufacturing system, ensuring seamless interactions between different organizational units and systems such as SAP, MES, Service, Delmia, and Manufacturing processes. You will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of the product, production processes, remanufacturing processes, and manufacturing technologies to identify risks and optimization opportunities. Your ability to coordinate and lead meetings will be crucial in resolving issues related to product changes or the definition of remanufacturing processes. You will also be responsible for establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), defining escalation paths with stakeholders, and ensuring that the remanufacturing system is set up for sustainability and maintenance. Participation in Engineering Change Request meetings will be essential to assess the scope of changes and develop standardized methodologies for pre-release testing, trialing, and validating new products. Your role will require you to maintain and communicate project timelines, manage material cut-over activities, and oversee the Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM).
