About The Position

The NPL Foreman is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing gas utility projects, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating equipment and crew activities. This position requires effective coaching and training of team members, as well as the ability to resolve work-related issues and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in gas utility industry

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment and crews from start to finish ensuring resources are in place and the job is completed safely
• Coach on proper use and process to ensure safety and quality of work
• Oversee Dig Safe marking and coordinate any issues with utilities
• Support the crew by operating equipment, pipefitting, and laboring to exhibit teamwork
• Complete paperwork, reports, and status updates
• Resolve work problems
• Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership
