About the position

Provide quality-imaging studies using radiopharmaceuticals as prescribed by the physicians on all-patient types, ages and medical conditions using established standards and procedures. Reviews studies for quality. Performs QC testing as required by Adirondack Medical Center Radioactive Material License.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine or Radiologic Technology with experience in Nuclear Medicine.
• Certification Nuclear Medicine Board of Technology (CNMBT) or eligible.
• American Registry Radiologic Technology Nuclear Medicine (ARRT) (NM) or eligible.
• Current New York State license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• BLS certification within the first three months of hire.
