About the position

This position is for a traveling healthcare professional with a focus on nuclear medicine and computed tomography (CT). The role requires a minimum of one year of experience in nuclear medicine, with additional CT experience being a plus. The candidate will work in a community hospital setting, providing specialized medical services in a variety of areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures and CT scans as required.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding medical imaging.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS.
• Provide patient care and support during imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of nuclear medicine experience.
• Experience in CT is a plus.
• Venipuncture experience is required.
• New York State license is required.
• ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certification is accepted.
• Experience with GE machines is preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR is required.
• Knowledge of McKesson PACS is necessary.
