About the position

The Nuclear Weapons Intelligence Analyst, Mid role at Booz Allen involves leveraging technical knowledge of nuclear weapon and missile systems to support critical mission efforts related to foreign nuclear missiles and hypersonic missile programs. The analyst will conduct technical analysis, develop operational assessments, and collaborate with various intelligence and defense agencies to enhance U.S. and allied defensive capabilities against missile threats.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technical nuclear weapon and missile systems knowledge to support analysis and operational integrity.
• Conduct research and author reports on adversary nuclear missile threats to enhance defensive capabilities.
• Employ various analytical methodologies to support assessments of missile threats.
• Identify critical information gaps and coordinate with intelligence community entities for further analysis.
• Collaborate with the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Department of Energy on nuclear and hypersonic missile programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis and production in the DoD or IC.
• Knowledge of nuclear weapon system design and performance attributes.
• Knowledge of missile system design and performance attributes.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and network with IC partners.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of experience with conventional missile or hypersonic missile systems technical analysis.
• Experience analyzing and modeling foreign ballistic missiles and hypersonic vehicles.
• Experience providing intelligence support to research and development efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
