About the position

Nulo is seeking enthusiastic pet lovers to serve as Brand Ambassadors, engaging with customers in Petco and PetSmart locations. This part-time role focuses on promoting Nulo's premium pet foods, encouraging customers to switch to Nulo products for their pets. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for pets, with performance measured by sales results in the stores worked. The role offers flexible hours, generally between 16-24 hours per week, primarily from Thursday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pet parents in meaningful conversations about their pets.
• Listen actively to pet parents' stories and show genuine interest and empathy.
• Understand the unique bond between pet parents and their pets, paying attention to details.
• Communicate product knowledge effectively to highlight the benefits of Nulo products.
• Assist pet parents in selecting suitable Nulo products for their pets' needs.
• Express gratitude to pet parents for sharing their experiences and time.

Requirements

• Must love pets and appreciate the importance of premium nutrition.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Must be able to stand/walk for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to surrounding locations within a 30-mile radius.
• Must have an active e-mail account and daily computer access.
