About the position

The Nulo Pet Food Brand Ambassador role is designed for outgoing pet lovers who will engage with customers in Petco and PetSmart locations. The primary purpose of this position is to promote Nulo's premium pet foods, encouraging customers to switch to Nulo products for their pets. The role involves building relationships with pet parents, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales results within the stores. This part-time position offers flexible hours, typically ranging from 14-21 hours per week, with a pay rate of $21 per hour plus potential sales incentives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pet parents in meaningful conversations to establish rapport.
• Listen actively to customers' pet stories and show genuine interest and empathy.
• Utilize product knowledge to communicate how Nulo products enhance the bond between pets and their owners.
• Assist pet parents in selecting suitable Nulo products for their pets' needs.
• Express gratitude to pet parents for sharing their experiences and demonstrating care for their pets.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and engagement.
• Empathy and attentiveness in listening to customers' personal pet stories.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude towards professional growth.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a genuine interest in connecting with pet parents.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand/walk for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours.
