About the position

The Nulo Brand Ambassador role is designed for outgoing pet lovers who will engage with customers in Petco and PetSmart stores. The primary purpose of this position is to promote Nulo's premium pet foods, encouraging customers to switch to Nulo products for their pets. This part-time role involves working 12-16 hours per week, primarily from Thursday to Sunday, with performance measured by sales results in assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pet parents in meaningful conversations to establish rapport.
• Listen actively to pet parents' stories and show genuine interest and empathy.
• Recognize the unique bond between pet parents and their pets, paying attention to important details.
• Communicate product knowledge effectively to highlight how Nulo products enhance the pet-parent connection.
• Guide pet parents in selecting suitable Nulo products for their pets' needs.
• Express gratitude to pet parents for sharing their stories and demonstrating care for their pets.

Requirements

• Must love pets and appreciate the importance of premium nutrition.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Must be able to stand/walk for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to surrounding locations within a 30-mile radius.
• Must have an active e-mail account and daily computer access.
