About the position

The Nulo Pet Food Brand Ambassador role is designed for outgoing pet lovers who will engage with customers in Petco and PetSmart stores. The primary purpose of this position is to promote Nulo's premium pet foods, encouraging customers to switch to Nulo products for their pets. This part-time role involves working 12-16 hours per week, primarily from Thursday to Sunday, with a focus on building relationships with pet parents and driving sales results.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pet parents in meaningful conversations about their pets.
• Listen actively to customers' stories and experiences with their pets.
• Demonstrate genuine interest and empathy towards pet parents.
• Utilize product knowledge to communicate the benefits of Nulo products.
• Assist pet parents in selecting suitable Nulo products for their pets.
• Express gratitude to pet parents for sharing their stories and time.

Requirements

• Must love pets and appreciate the importance of premium nutrition.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Must be able to stand/walk for a minimum of 4 consecutive hours.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to surrounding locations within a 30-mile radius.
• Must have an active e-mail account and daily computer access.
