About The Position

The Hospitality Aide works prior to completing the Nurse Aide Training Course. This role involves responding to call bells, assisting the nursing team as needed, and assisting with meal delivery. Simple housekeeping tasks for residents include straightening rooms, making beds, watering plants, light laundry, and assisting residents with linen changes. This role does not provide direct resident care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to attend all required CNA training courses required

Nice To Haves

• Previous Nursing Assistant or Aide experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working as part of a team
